MCCAM is a municipal department for the Town of Middleborough. Each year the Cable Access Director submits an annual report to the Select Board which is also submitted in the Town Annual Report. MCCAM has been a department since 2011, prior to that the PEG Access channels were overseen by Comcast in MIddleborough.
